Amy Roman is an accomplished CFO with over 30 years of experience developing strategies, analyzing trends, working with auditors, building teams and solving the most deep-rooted issues holding companies back from actualizing their goals. She establishes investor and banking relationships and handles merger and acquisition activity. Amy is everything you need in a true financial and operational CFO.

Amy’s experience includes working in NYC for over 20 years in senior financial executive roles. For over ten of those years she worked with private equity owned portfolio companies. She founded CEFO in 2013.

Amy has a broad depth of knowledge in multiple sectors including manufacturing, wholesale and retail consumer goods, supply chain, contracting, healthcare, alternative energy, utilities, fashion and cannabis. She works with emerging growth companies and a variety of start-up entities. Her experience also includes service-based companies including law firms, marketing and advertising firms, macro-economic advisory firms, IT and software consultants and placement firms.
